Expansion
Survey Sarva of Lok Janshakti Party Ram Vilas and Jamui MP Chirag Paswan are sure to get ministerial berths in the Narendra Modi government at the Centre. In the possible cabinet expansion this month, he will get the post of Minister of State with independent charge, it is also being told for sure. Despite this, Chirag Paswan is refraining from saying clearly about the letter received from BJP National President JP Nadda on 8 July. Nadda had written a separate letter to Chirag on July 18 to attend the NDA meeting in Delhi. Chirag is already in the NDA, but due to his standoff with the Janata Dal United, the BJP had kept distance from him keeping in mind the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar during the NDA government in Bihar. A long time has passed since JDU-BJP parted ways and now BJP is vowing not to go with Nitish Kumar under any circumstances, so now the way has been cleared for Chirag Paswan’s entry into the Union Cabinet.
Chirag said – CM Nitish Kumar was rejected by the public
Targeting CM Nitish Kumar at Patna airport, Chirag Paswan said that you are working to suppress the voice of students, the abode of democracy. BJP workers had gone to raise the voice of the people in a peaceful manner, they were brutally lathicharged. A leader died in this. The head of a family was snatched away. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will never understand what would be happening to that family. There must be some sensitivity. Chirag said that the public has rejected Nitish Kumar. By some manipulation, he has become the Chief Minister. The public will answer them in the 2024 and 2025 elections.
Now there is doubt about uncle Paras
The way Chirag Paswan is coming out prominently against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Bihar and the feedback the BJP has about the late Ram Vilas Paswan, the need for Chirag is being strongly felt in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). In such a situation, information is also coming to the fore that the NDA is also reconsidering the ministerial post given to his brother Pashupati Kumar Paras after the late Ram Vilas Paswan. This is yet to be confirmed from any level, but it is possible that BJP may force both the LJP factions to come together in the coming times.
All six candidates of LJP were successful in winning
BJP wants to give 6 out of 40 seats in Bihar to LJP. The reason for BJP’s reluctance to give seats to both the houses separately is also that the votes received in the name of late Ram Vilas Paswan should not be divided due to any doubt. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, 6 out of 40 seats in Bihar were given to the Lok Janshakti Party of the late Ram Vilas Paswan. At that time BJP and JDU fielded candidates on 17 seats each. 16 candidates of JDU had won while all 17 candidates of BJP and all six candidates of LJP were able to win.
